Shawne beats Tila (in court, not in real life)

I'm just sayin...a HUGE plus 20 points goes out to the Shawne Merriman/Tila Tequila case being closed. Investigators dropped the charges against Shawne over the weekend after they proved that Tila is just a f*cked-in-the-head biatch who will do anything to get some attention, including lying about being allergic to alcohol and saying she was choked in order to try and f*ck someone over.

Dumb whore. Don't get me wrong...hot whore, but dumb whore.

If you missed it, Shawne Merriman got nabbed for apparently choking Tila Tequila late Sunday night. He said he was trying to keep her from driving drunk, she said that "it's well documented" that she's allergic to alcohol and that's where her nickname "Tequila" came from. This whole situation gets minus 8 points for being annoying and for Tila lying (since she's put up Tweets about being wasted before.)
