Just a couple days after TLC gave him the boot from their network and changed his former reality show to Kate Plus 8, Jon Gosselin filed a cease and desist against TLC to stop all production of the show. He's saying that as the father of the 8 Gosselin kids, he's not giving his 8 spawn the go-ahead to appear in the series.
I'd give him a ton of credit if he did this a while ago, but because he's only doing this since he got fired from the show, he gets a minus 4 and a cyber-kick to the balls.
