Yeah yeah yeah I know this is a day old...kiss my ass, I forgot to post this yesterday. But Maria Shriver was photographed (and not for the first time) breaking the law in California. She was seen driving around while talking on her cell, which is a big no-no in the state.
Even better, HER HUSBAND, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, SIGNED THE LAW! Minus 4 for being a totally brainless biatch.
